Fabien Deplanche, founder and president of PROBAT, leads and organises coordination between clients, the administrative department, and personnel working on the ground. To ensure optimum supervision of works, he has enlisted a skilled and trusted team. Three site supervisors with around twenty years’ experience in the construction business, who have been with the company since day one, oversee the performance of works and manage over 110 workers. They are also responsible for technical supervision, with the assistance of a works engineer and the office-based staff. The client has direct access to one of these supervisors, and can obtain technical information about the works at any time, ensuring we are always able to respond to your needs promptly. The teams are comprised of qualified workers, using the most efficient equipment, employed on permanent contracts for several years. Our close-knit teams are used to working together, guaranteeing the high standards of work with which PROBAT has come to be associated.
